With our store closing, all sales are final.

As always, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including melted product. This isn't a new policy, but with our store closing, we want to make sure you understand that there will be no exceptions or special circumstances.

At SMEAR, we formulate our products the way nature intended—pure, natural, and free from synthetic stabilizers. That means they respond to temperature, just like real food ingredients would. We believe that's a feature, not a flaw.

All orders ship through USPS. Most arrive in perfect condition, but melting can happen, and unfortunately, it's outside of our control. Please make sure you're comfortable with that possibility before placing your order.
