Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If entered incorrectly resulting in a returned package, additional shipping must be purchased to resend the order.

Missing or Lost Packages

Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured up to $100 per USPS policy. Any shipping-related issues must be handled through USPS unless SMEAR Shipping Protection is selected at checkout.

USPS reimbursement can take 90–120 days. Shipping Protection provides faster replacement or refund coverage.
